Pros
The recruiting team is so professional, friendly, and efficient. I was able to get all the help I needed completing and sending in documents. Often times I felt that I may have contacted them too often, but they took every call and communicated effectively to Hireright to expedite the process. They were curtious and happy to help me along the way. The New Hire Training has been great also, they're so organized, and my training has been organIzed, well planned, and thought out extensively. The communication between all of the employees on-site to the corporate office employees has been excellent. Everyone seems to be on the same page, with so much Information which is extremely impressive. The whole Sequoia team is friendly and helpful. They have so many incentives for the employees and new hires, it is apparent that they value their team members and wish to cultivate and nurture a positive work culture and environment.
Cons
Hireright can take a while, but the Onboarding team on the Seqouia end works harder to help with the process by helping with questions or following up with hire-right consistently.
