Pros

- Good location, very close to beautiful Walnut Creek downtown,No Overtime, certain amount to spend on "career wear" shopping, gift cards a couple times a year

Cons

- The worst micromanaging I have ever seen - You get write ups for the smallest things (coming in 5 min late) - No opportunity for advancement (no senior position) - Very high turnover. The most senior employee has been here a little over a year. Five managers in 3 years - Feel stupid when asking questions. Not friendly - don't feel supported or encouraged - You will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen atleast twice a year. - Cannot talk to your coworkers about anything other than work or you will be frowned upon

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do our very best to support our team members which is why we review compensation on an annual basis, provide increases, make adjustments in salary to ensure the employee is paid "at market" (without being asked to), provide $350-$750 per year to shop at retailers like Banana Republic and Express, and many other perks like Fun Day, our annual holiday luncheon, and our Random Acts program such as giving each employee a $50 amazon gift card "just because." On the other side of it, we do have established company policies and procedures as most companies do, to support our customers. Favoritism to advance, workers click together, if your not someone they like personally you wont get ahead
