Hi there! My name is Enrica Suson and I am the Director of Human Resources for Sequoia Equities. I appreciate you taking the time to provide Sequoia feedback on what we can do to make the experience better for our Team Members. One of the changes we made in 2015 was to move away from annual appraisals and move to across the board increases for all of our employees. In this way, we remove the issue of 1-5 scales and reviews that leave team members disheartened. Instead, we are focused on creating a feedback rich culture and making compensation more transparent.
