Pros

Employee appreciation/recognition is 1st and foremost from the corporate level. The tools needed to do your job and do it, not only well, but better than competitors are always made available before you ask for them. Careful consideration is given to each new hire and promotion and constant diligence and review at corporate level has proven key in maintaining brand promise majority of the time.

Cons

On site management is held accountable for so much, it sometimes detracts from providing base personnel management. Often times employee issues go unchecked until drastic occurrences because on site management does not have adequate time to address issues with staff due to new product/procedure roll out or various reporting beyond industry standard.
