      Pros

      Had the potential to become a great team effort for residents to feel cared for in their concerns and employees to feel dedicated and loyal to an overall mission of excellence delivered.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, all the hype lives on paper & their website. In real life their lack of management experience was glaring from day #1 of 'training' as all it takes is one complaint from a co-worker to destroy the good potential of other workers. Total lack of HR understanding & this will lead to lawsuits. Sequoia is disaster.
