Pros
Friendly staff and management, good training and easy to do, no experience needed to start, good pay, easy to get bonuses, frequent feedback on how you are doing , lots of meetings and help provided if you start failing, if your good at small talk you'll do fine, management is usually always around on the floor, good overtime, room for promotion, they try to sort out problems that you have if you tell them.
Cons
not very organized, sometimes too few people for the volume of calls, managers over turn your decisions on accounts without asking you anything, main focus is on weekly targets, trying to talk to other departments is annoying, sometimes the flowcharts you are given won't be able to help, staff from shops are either extremely stupid or incredibly lazy.
