Pros
Great coworkers, pleasant work environment, opportunity to work with Soldiers and families. The work isn't hard and there is potential to make a positive impact.Good benefits despite high premiums.
Cons
Ignored several red flags-high turnover rate, 3 people in my position within the last year, took corporate a month to get my personnel paperwork straight.Very poor salary for Master's Level employees. Multi-billion dollar government contractor won't pay workers adequately. Little to no training. No work/life balance-occasional Saturday work turned into Saturday or Sunday work several times a month without offering overtime, AWS or telework option. No attempt to rectify the situation by management. Minimal support from senior leaders. Company recently took away tuition reimbursement option claiming that this will help "offset" the costs of Obamacare. Disillusioned and disgruntled, I stard lookingt
