Pros
Assisting transitioning Soldiers and family members and making a difference in the lives of others is the BEST part of the job. Great place to gain experience working within the Military system. Great coworkers.
Cons
Poor work/life balance. Requires a Masters Degree but salary doesn't reflect that. This is a billion dollar Federal contract company that refuses to pay their employees what they are worth. Turnover rate is extremely high. There were 4 people in this position within the last year. Lack of organization, very little room for advancement. Long hours and weekend work. Costly benefits, no tuition reimbursement.
