Pros
Serco emphasizes customer service. It's the way the company is adjusting to the sequester, and increased competition for a smaller federal budget. Emphasis is on supporting billable contracts and due to it's parent organization the potential customer base is global, not national.
Cons
Too much reliance on the federal government as a 'sole-source customer.' There has been a concerted effort to move into other markets, but without a long history of support.
