1. Well established company more then 25 years. 2. Strong presence of UK public sector. 3. Fast growing in terms of revenue and manpower.
Cons
1. Management is not supportive. 2. Politics in ratings and promotions. 3. Low/No hikes. You never know what you gonna get. 4. No enhancement in technical knowledge as technical skills are not used at all. 5. Not good for freshers as they lose their interest in work and knowledge they learnt. 6. No transparency about growth, opportunities and company policies as they are always hidden. 7. Bad impression because of the projects which serco is holding in india. 8. Cannot take long leaves and its totally depends upon HR. 9. No cash allowance for unused annual leaves. 10. Management is not easily accessible/approachable. 11. No internal job shifting(IJS) and onsite opportunity provided. 12. Many things happens within the company but you never get to know about them. Coz management is poor in communication.
