Pros

Great coworkers who actually care about each other.

Cons

Management on all levels at the Fargo location do not care about the employees at all! They speak nicely to your face and then stab you in the back amongst each other. I was on bed rest at home mandated by a doctor, which they were informed about in advance, and then on my day off, received a phone call from my team manager and team lead informing me I was being fired because I was not trying to utilize extra time to make up missing hours. When I pointed out that per management was not making extra hours available to sales only personnel, I was told, "Well, that is true and we are sorry about that but we are letting you go for that reason anyway." Then I was told that they would simply deactivate my badge,so there was no reason for me to even come back. That is not how a company should ever treat their employees and I have filed a grievance with the state labor board against them.

Pros

You get to directly impact clients' success. "Decent" pay for the location.

Cons

Leadership will shift blame onto teams instead of taking accountability for their own shortcomings, and Program Managers won't take the time to seek clarification, leading to misinformed decisions and unfair outcomes. They are more focused on internal politics and protecting their seat than recognizing or rewarding actual contributions. You can work hard for years with consistently strong performance and still be passed over for promotion in favor of someone who has built the right relationships with management, even if the have not proven themselves yet. Support is subpar. Employees often spend more time troubleshooting issues themselves than receiving timely or effective assistance.
