Pros
Working with soldiers and helping them transition out of the Army
Cons
understaffed and over worked high turn over rate of employees yet the training is 2 months long the company only cares about the numbers and no the soldiers/clients It's all about how fast you can get a soldier through the program even though they may be homeless or unemployed Each counselor has a caseload of 300-500 clients and working lunchs are considered normal your schedule becomes booked completely for months out and there is no overtime company doesn't care about family or holidays. You're required to work on chrismas eve, the day after christmas, the day after thanksgiving, and new years eve. If you don't want to work then you need to take vacation time but you only get 10 days of vacation time per year.
