Management is incompetent across the board and most of them are bitter that they have made careers of answering phone calls to gather feedback on the experiences of fast food customers. Employees have to pass a "test" in order to be allotted the opportunity to work overtime hours. The problem is that your work is reviewed by early thirty-something women who feel threatened by many of the newcomers' skills. I was denied the opportunity to work overtime on a weekly basis (although all of my quality assurance scores were 100% each week) due to alleged grammatical errors when the person who reviewed my reporting could hardly spell or speak proper English.
