Pros

Sertifi is a great company, especially for individuals starting out in their career. There is a large focus on ensuring employees are happy, getting more than just a pay check out of their experience. There's always a willingness to allow employees to learn and explore. Upper management encourages a health work-life balance.

Cons

Being a small company that is growing, we're experiencing some growing pains but, that being said, it's an exciting time to be with the company. Pay isn't quite what I know people in similar roles at other companies are making.
