Pros

Not a lot of positives of working at Sertifi. I'd worked for better companies in the past, Sertifi was incredibly bland and latchkey in their company culture and presentation. The remoteness was preferred, kept the toxicity to a minimum in my personal space. I couldn't imagine having to be in an office with half of the people I encountered.

Cons

HR looks out for company liability, go figure! Managers make uncomfortable jokes about DV in group chats. No one knows what they're doing but will throw others under the bus to look like it. Overall, mediocre place where careers go to die. They will let you go at the end of the year to make their quota, gotta get that bonus somehow!
