Pros
I currently work here. Previous experience started me at $13/hr as a night time merchandiser ($1/hr premium pay, so $12/hr). Earned a raise quickly after. After less than a year of impressing the right people along with yearly raises.. I'm at $15/hr. Not bad considering how quickly I moved up. If you're easy to get along with, willing to WORK, can easily move up. Overtime is almost always possible, if you're willing to go to other stores. Something new and different every day. Benefits for full time employees, occasional bonuses, overall great place to work.
Cons
Case rate can be confusing based on others in your store. Can work your butt off and still be way below based on other workers. Depending on the size of your backroom/daily load.... may spend a great deal of time organizing and condensing skids, which lowers case rate
