      Pros

      I've been with the company since 2012, since then I've been treated like a person not just another number. I started as a merchandiser in 2012. Worked my way up to Store Manager now I'm a flagship store manager responsible for training new and current store managers.

      Cons

      Lack of training - however this year that has changed. The company has invested money into a brand new training facility and Flagship Store managers responsible for training and development on new and current store managers
