Pros
Great hours. If you can travel a bit you will have more hours than you can possibly work.
Cons
No clear direction as to the amount of work that is required of you on your shift. No clear rules or guidelines othan than a handbook that only covers the basics and hasn't been updated since 2017. Suffers greatly from nepotism. Often the best person for a position sn't selected because of this. Advancement seems to be based on how long you are there not how well you do the work. Human Resources are borderline professional and are not unbiased when doing investigations. Management and Human Resources at times request you to do things that are borderline racist or sexist, and would be considered a form of segregation. When not on the clock you are expected to answer their emails, calls and texts, sometimes up to 70 or 80 times a day.
