My opinion: Meijer employees. Tremendously poorly written Mplans. No consistency with truckloads. Go in to work, turn around and go home truck didn't show up. Going to run back stock and do M plans, surprise the truck came. If you take a week vacation, your skeleton crew suffers. Someone from your skeleton crew gets sick, be prepared to work even harder, have fun trying to get caught up. Anything that goes wrong, it will be your fault. If at any time things start to become routine, guarantee it won't last long. You will be constantly adjusting your schedule. Work comes first, your family a second, and you are third.
