Pros
Good monthly celebration of Servpro Day. Apart from that cannot think of any Pros, just show off and false commitments.
Cons
Regular delay in salary payments, No reimbursement of expenses, Worst Management and HR, No employee satisfaction, Do not think of making profit from business, 80-90% employees are willing to leave the company but cannot due to huge amount of agreement, unethical means of bringing new policies against employees and making money through it. All positive comments and reviews here should be fake and added by upper Management.
