No pressure to sign BOND. Better sign it, else how this new relation would come into existence. - They give chances to new people in industry. Ya, good people don't bother to join. People say carbon turns into diamond under heat and pressure, so Servpro truly believes in that and all the Ex-employees are super successful in their respective career due to the detailed planning of CEO.
