Pros
Corporate has the right ideas. They are positive, well intentioned, and value employees. They promote a positive company culture by hosting various events throughout the year and are family oriented.
Cons
Then there's this huge disconnect and, say, the managers of an individual store. Those lower managers will not do anything that was stressed by higher ups in various mtgs. So then you begin to question the sincerity of corporate.
