Friendly atmosphere, coworkers good to work with. CEO and management are very personable and care a lot about employees. High level management is very competent.

Cons

Digital strategy team is small and new, so smaller projects apart from the main sprint get sidelined. Hard to make progress on projects outside of your sprint.
