If you are not vaccinated, you will be isolated and met with resistance until you resign or terminated based upon false claims against you. Because of privacy disclosures, HR could not ask for my vaccination status until the first day on the job. I disclosed my vaccination status to my office manager and she took two steps, telling me everyone in the office wore double masks even if seperated 6 ft apart surrounded by Plexi glass because everyone was paranoid about Covid. No one attempted to train me thereafter for the next five days. The women discussed "the unvaxed" in front of me and the office manager was beyond rude towards me but flipped it on me. They had written me off the minute I disclosed I was unvaccinated bottom line. There are only old timers who run each department according to their rules and favoritism. No room for advancement. Unless you have a weak passive left wing beliefs, you will not be accepted in the admin department.
