      For the technicians it is a great place to work. You can earn a good wage. You will get 40 hours.

      Cons

      If you like the silo effect you have found the right place. With the recent reorganization no one is left to breath life into the centers.

      Pros

      Service Experts is a great company to have a carrier. Weather you are just starting in the trades or have been ongoing for years. When i started at Service Experts I quickly realized the company cared about the employee's and the customers as well. Service Experts gives the employee opportunity to grow and be promoted. The company also stands with our military men and women as we are partnered with hiring the Hero's and Military make over. Thank you Service Experts.

      Pros

      Great pay, work life-balance was do-able. PTO and benefits were acceptable.

      Cons

      Hybrid schedule is very strict and taking any time to work from home is not in their best interest.
