Promising if they can't get out of their own way - Sales ServiceChannel Employee Review

Product team doesn't communicate well with sales and clients. They have a few large clients that control the direction of the product. Constant changes in process and personel make it hard to get into a system, so you must be willing to adapt, sometimes daily and weekly. People very protective of their 'area' and don't want to teach you the ropes in fear you might end up doing a better job than they do. Still feels very much like a small start up even though the company has been around 10+ years.
