Pros
Pay, benefits, and skills development under the Fortive Business System were fantastic. The product was also reliable and presented customers with multiple avenues to realize value through successful adoption.
Cons
Some of the internal culture was long-standing and difficult to assimilate into for new-comers. Additionally, there wasn't a reliable avenue for bringing concerns about one's manager to HR without concerns of retribution. Hopefully they have evolved since then and toxic managers are no longer protected. That said, I learned a lot despite my experience.
