Outstanding benefits recently expanded benefits to include 12-weeks paid maternity leave, your birthday off, MLK, day after Thanksgiving, in addition to standard holidays. Generous match on 401k and good base salary. Introducing standardization and process around annual performance reviews, merit increases. Executive team is approachable and engaging, they care about you and want to know what you are thinking and how they can make your job better.
Cons
Office environment while it's a cool loft space, is fairly noisy, making phone calls / conference calls sometimes difficult.
