Pros

ServiceChannel is a fast-growing company in the FM technology space. As a new employee - I've been able to immerse myself in the company's vision and have quickly learned why this is such an energetic team to be on.

Cons

As for new-hire on-boarding, I recommend some more hands on training. Although overall - my experience was really great. I was able to meet a lot of people and take online training courses through Learning Channel - to learn what our customers and contractors learn about our products.
