Pros
It is nice to be able to respond to emergency calls and help people. The franchise I work for is small and close knit, so they are decent about time off for appts etc
Cons
Where to even begin..poorly run with blame placed in the underlings. No consequences for that. Techs are seriously underpaid and expected to be on call 24/7. Osha compliance is questionable. No health benefits,
