      nice location with many lunch alternatives; nice working environment; great co-workers and managers; many opportunities to support the city and community.

      Cons

      I can't currently think of any cons of working there, but I'm sure there are some that I can't think of right now.

      Pros

      Hmmm. Owners refuse to communicate directly. Only by text or email . This is actually a blessing as they are not only hated by all employees , but actually hate each other .

      Cons

      Owned by twin dwarfs who have a complex . They vie for control of the company and employees caught in the middle . No regard for employee safety . No training . Zero pay increase ever given . HUGE turnover at every position .
