Not what I expected - Facility Specialist ServiceMax Corporation Employee Review

The office employees for FedEx are rude, they look down upon you as if you're some peasant. They expect you to clean all the offices and restrooms from head to toe in only 4 hours of time. They don't properly allow you to shut down the bathrooms when cleaning them, packers, and delivery drivers will continue coming in while you're trying to mop the floors and dry them making you have to re mop them several times. They management will complain about the restrooms still having dirty floors regardless of the employees coming in and out while you're cleaning. Don't expect to be told you're doing your work right, just what you're doing wrong.
