Pros

Good quality insurance and amazing clientele.

Cons

Extremely low pay (below living wage) for all staff that are not in Administration. The union was manipulatively ignored. They used words like "compassionate care" and "patient centered care" to create an image of quality human services, but when their employees, clients, guests, and participants needed better quality support, there were "stonewall" type responses or emails would go unanswered.
