Pros

Amazing co-workers! I wish we had more time and energy to support one another at work.

Cons

The many problems at SNet are not unique to the agency - they are features of lots of problems in society. But this does not absolve senior leadership of their responsibility to initiate major changes. Burnout at SNet is endemic. This routinely places clients at risk of physical and emotional harm and guarantees the ongoing high rate of staff turnover. There ought to be true and deep listening and response to the needs of workers at all levels in the organization, including good-faith bargaining with the unions for more livable wages and working conditions. Leadership needs to show more bravery in standing up to unreasonable demands of state funders including caseloads, documentation, deadlines, etc.
