Few of them are just show pieces and cannot even handle escalations. - All Managers were once colleagues in CA, they were not evaluated atleast. - No work life balance. - Your salary, career everything is in the hands on managers. HR has no role in the organisation. - You need to work during weekends twice a month without any allowance. - Policies in India are different from global policies, which are the worst. - Few Engineers dominate other Engineers with their extra managerial skills, don't fall for them ever!
