If you don't have them in your territory, then you have a challenge to engage extended team and resources that you might need to be successful. Only measured on Net New Annual Contract Value. Sales within the Partner ecosystem is a big challenge. Partners are focusing on Services not license revenue. It can be a conflict of interest.
