Pros
I have been with ServiceNow less than 2 months. The onboarding process is mostly automated - very in-depth and user friendly. There is an emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as service to community. The leadership team is passionate and trusted. Looking forward to big things with ServiceNow.
Cons
I am experiencing standard new-hire challenges - figuring out who's who within the org., learning new systems and vernacular, etc. No significant cons to report.
