Business Outlook
Pros
I know it may change, but right now I am in love. Manager has my back. Her boss has her back. The team is intelligent and eager. Willing to take advice and willing to push back. People on other teams have been helpful and polite. There is a real push to make employees happy. The pay and benefits are great.
Cons
The only con is also a pro - ServiceNow is a big company. There are rules and processes that can feel heavy (My last job had less than 300 people worldwide). On the other hand, those rules and processes are there to look out for you or a team mate, based on some lesson learnt.
