Pros
I truly feel like I am able to make impact here. It is small enough to make the impact but big enough to not have to wear all the hats. Work life balance, I have three kids and this is a MUST Remote or hybrid, employee preference (the closest office to me is like 4 hours away, never been there) Career growth and enablement, there is a lot of opportunity to learn and look outside of my immediate role to pursue other interests Culture is great if you love working remotely, they make active attempts to engage and keep us in a collaborative state of mind Unlimited PTO Amazing health benefits 401k matching Wellness days Paid volunteer time Matched donations tuition reimbursement (capped and job related) Ability to bring my whole self to work, I feel not sense of "drama" or politics here, its is very refreshing
Cons
Compensation is not the best but honestly it is pretty great. Base, bonus, RSUs. I mean I know I can go to a bigger tech company and get paid a little more but what I get from ServiceNow and the way they take care of the employees is second to none. I dont have to go into an office, I can go to work and be done.
