Pros

The people, the culture, the environment, it's really hard to believe that a company this great actually exists. You have all read the reviews, you have all seen their awards, but it is in fact all of that and more. We have fun and we work hard. We are supported and everyone listens. I've had positive engagements with everyone globally. Listening to Bill talk fires you up and makes you want to work even harder. If you have any concerns whether this company is a good company to work for or not, then trust me when I tell you, it is.

Cons

So far, none that I can think of.

Pros

good colleagues and good work, at least in what I'm doing (infrastructure). learning a lot

Cons

Can be quite busy, timelines on my team are quite aggressive. But I think it's unavoidable these days. But I'm learning so it's no big deal.

Pros

ServiceNow had a differentiated platform and products. Early on the culture had a startup energy that was rare for a company this size collaborative teams, ownership, and a sense that people actually cared about outcomes. Working with large enterprise customers on complex workflows was interesting work.

Cons

The ServiceNow I joined was a different company. As headcount increased, so did the bureaucracy, layers, and friction that rewarded politics over execution. The layoffs of the last few years were handled poorly little transparency, inconsistent communication, and decisions that felt made far above with little thought for the people affected. The "cost optimization" messaging rang hollow against continued executive spending. For a company that sells workflow and people process tools, the irony of a chaotic RIF wasn't lost on anyone in the field or on customers. Leadership political dynamics were real. The right team, the right manager you had cover. Performance alone didn't protect you.
