Literally....everything is a pro about working for Servier. The management team is great. The company overall has fantastic communication, I have always felt as though I was in the know with regard to the larger picture and the direction that the company was headed in. All of the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to step in to help one another. My manager is THE BEST, they don't come better than him. Servier offers unlimited PTO, winter shutdown and great benefits. I have always felt valued and appreciated. This company really is great.....should I keep going? Because I can. Bottom line - if you are lucky enough to get offered a role here, take it. You won't regret it.
