Pros
Given a lot of responsibility from the very start, great to see your work make its way into the actual product and used by millions of end users. Coworker respect level is very high and supportive of one another.
Cons
Like any start-up environment there is a lot of work to be done. This is definitely not a place for someone to come and coast and be comfortable doing the minimum. Your work matters and your work will be honestly reviewed.
