Pros

Ocean views. Good and humble executive team. Many fun activities. Hyper-growth market, fueled in part by fear of Amazon. Vote of confidence from returning investors in successive rounds and their increasing check sizes.

Cons

More sales-led than product-led. Need to fix a lot of engineering101 problems (The most senior Engineering role was not filled for more than a year). This leads to a lot of delayed projects and angry clients. Lots of legacy systems from pre-pivot days when SessionM was a gamification company Very little value created on data collected from clients

No cons - it was a fast paced environment, which isn't for everyone.
