Pros

Great and decent culture, Good work-life balance, Cash infusion from Mastercard acquisition is providing much needed fuel (which is mostly going into fixing tech debts, see below), Loyalty & Engagement is a growing field especially with privacy issues with anonymized ad targeting.

Cons

Long lingering tech debt (fundamental fixes are being worked upon, but that is time lost)
