      Hard work and efficiency makes for personal satisfaction at the end of the day. Paid time off when needed with no questions asked. Flexible scheduling with a little notice

      Cons

      Can feel left behind without much time to grow outside of your position. Working from home can be draining with tight deadlines.

We have been growing fast, and that can make it hard to build community. If you have not had a chance to learn about our Mentor Program yet, I encourage you to reach out to the HR team and get connected. Also, don't hesitate to call or email me or the HR team so we can talk about other ways we can help you feel more included in the Sevan family. As for your advice about implementing processes and procedures, our rapid growth has made developing and maintaining those difficult sometimes, but I want to assure you that we are working hard on improving. Our biggest initiative right now is implementing Dynamics 365 in combination with Crunchflow. It's taking time to get it right, but once it's up and running, I believe it will help us get much better in this important area.

      Pros

      I truly appreciated the quick response and interview process provided. Meeting with the Talent team first provided great insight to the company and benefits provided. Then the continued availability and interaction as the process continued was priceless and welcomed.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There were some scheduling hiccups but nothing that caused any negative issues.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.
