I'm glad you find your work satisfying and that our flexible time-off policy is working well for you, but not so glad to hear you're feeling left behind. We have been growing fast, and that can make it hard to build community. If you have not had a chance to learn about our Mentor Program yet, I encourage you to reach out to the HR team and get connected. Also, don't hesitate to call or email me or the HR team so we can talk about other ways we can help you feel more included in the Sevan family. As for your advice about implementing processes and procedures, our rapid growth has made developing and maintaining those difficult sometimes, but I want to assure you that we are working hard on improving. Our biggest initiative right now is implementing Dynamics 365 in combination with Crunchflow. It's taking time to get it right, but once it's up and running, I believe it will help us get much better in this important area.
