We work hard to ensure our values are at the heart of every decision and our team members are positioned to strengthen our culture and goals. We encourage our team members to reach out to one another to build a community. In addition, we have formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Networking Resource Groups to facilitate connections and provide an avenue for team members to interact further on a personal level.

      Pros

      I truly appreciated the quick response and interview process provided. Meeting with the Talent team first provided great insight to the company and benefits provided. Then the continued availability and interaction as the process continued was priceless and welcomed.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. There were some scheduling hiccups but nothing that caused any negative issues.

      Pros

      Sevan is a place where I feel seen and heard when I bring up things I want to see or change. It is a very collaborative environment, and I love that I get to work with such a great team and wonderful managers. They explain, are very thorough, transparent and are here to help me grow. Overall, best place I have worked at by far!

      Cons

      I really have no cons at the moment. I know working remote can be difficult, but the company is finding solutions to help ease that and help us all gather at different times of the year.
