Being apart of one of the fastest-growing startups in MN is a blast and we are constantly learning and trying new things to continue to grow at such a rapid pace.
Cons
Growing pains with working at a startup can always be challenging. People are constantly busy so there is a lot of work to do on your own and getting answers to challenges you are facing can be a bit of a struggle.
