Working remotely is a nice perk!

Cons

Unfortunately, growth at Sezzle is nearly impossible. The company is losing great employees lately because they don't pay well, its hard to move up at the company, and the hours are long. I truly believed in Sezzle until some new people were hired that brought their friends and workplace politics with them.
