Cons
CoFounders are extremely lackluster in Energy, Vision Casting, and People Development. They have seemed to interview talent poorly, have a lackluster HR Leader, and make questionable hiring for key positions - leading to quick and surprising terminations. CoFounders are not people leaders and developers of talent. Unsure leadership ever knew who my wife as or who my kids are. Why is my whole self not valued at work? Sure - they built a solid tech stack and have some bebest-in-classdeas for fintech. That said - in the day-in-and-day-out, so much is LACKING for energy and vision and rallying the troops. In the high growth stage years ago - there was energy and vision. Now, it is a huge vacuum of energy and everyone linking arms across departments. Very Disappointing. Very little rallying the whole company together to fellowship, to celebrate big wins. Want to go to NYC for IPO - pay for yourself. Want to go to corporate - maybe a once a year if that event. Want true face time with leaders to be seen and heard - good luck. Constant prize and awards and recognition for jobs well done? Maybe a rando slack shoutout at best. LOTS TO BE DESIRED HERE....a few other things: Compensation lags the tech industry. Corporate bonus is confusing and are not consistent. Celebrates "B Corp" status - but seems like window dressing when Town Hall meetings and other leadership rarely ever ties anything corporately or back to B Corp values.
