Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits set them apart during my time with this company. I enjoyed the employee perks but recently realized the benefits were becoming such a great expense that other things seemed to have to give i.e. - raises! The physical environment was always very pleasant. The building were always very well maintained.
Cons
The company is trying to grow fast and keep up with it's competitors by offering services they struggle to provide. Bigger doesn't always mean better and I see Ryan learning this the hard way. Training has and always will be an issue with the heavy turnover. The immature and unprofessional atmosphere that was encouraged in my final months made my decision to leave easy.
